Qualifications

  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English, demonstrating creativity and adaptability when handling sensitive or challenging discussions.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities for efficient subscriber support.
  • Emotionally understanding of the subscribers’ needs and perspectives.
  • Open to flexible and shifting schedules, accommodating changing work hours.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to diverse subscribers' messages and engage effectively in conversations in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize creative communication skills.
  • Adept in soft skills, particularly in emotional intelligence and interpersonal communication.
  • Adhere to company and client policies and guidelines.
  • Keep detailed records of subscribers' interactions and any issues that may arise.
  • Meet daily and weekly targets for chat interactions.
