Senior National Tournaments Sales Manager

Job Description:

  • Responsible for growing the national portfolio of charity and fundraising golf tournaments.
  • Identifying, acquiring, and managing new tournament partnerships across corporate, nonprofit, and association segments.
  • Owning the full sales cycle—from prospecting and outreach to closing multi-year agreements.
  • Helping organizations elevate their golf events through Topgolf’s platform/services.
  • Contacting and building relationships with key decision makers, tournament organizers, and sponsors.
  • Managing all contract negotiations.
  • Supporting and working with executives and users across the organization.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of Tournaments & Fundraiser/events experience in sports, entertainment, and/or hospitality.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with new guests, repeat guests, co-workers and management.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to excel and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Responds quickly and effectively to changing trends and circumstances; embraces change and welcomes fresh perspectives.
  • Motivated and driven individual who can positively work with others to achieve all goals.
  • Ability to develop clear action plans and drive processes with numerous interdependencies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, analytical capabilities, and collaboration skills.
