Reservations Coordinator (Full Time)- Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas

As a Reservations Coordinator, you would be responsible for managing the reservations process and operation in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:<o:p></o:p> <o:p> </o:p> <ul> <li class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: normal; background: white; vertical-align: middle;">Answers all transient and group reservations calls and e-mails in a friendly manner, using clear English communication. When processing e-mails or listening to callers, ensures a clear understanding of their inquiries and requests. Promptly provides accurate information regarding availability of accommodations and other requested information. Assists other departments such as Sales, Meetings and Conventions and Front Office with reservation related questions.<o:p></o:p></li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: normal; background: white; vertical-align: middle;">Create and Manage Group Room Blocks, Build new Group SRPs in OnQ Rate and Inventory Management and GroupMax.
