Key Responsibilities
Represent clients at live events, community gatherings, and public activations
Assist in planning and executing public-facing PR campaigns — no desk work or digital content creation
Build relationships with event attendees, share key messages, and elevate brand awareness
Coordinate on-site logistics including setup, signage, materials, and promotional giveaways
Gather feedback from the public and support campaign reporting efforts
Work closely with internal teams to align messaging and maintain consistent public image
Collaborate with leadership on media opportunities, storytelling, and press engagement during events
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field preferred
0–5 years of experience in PR, event marketing, customer-facing roles, or similar
Willingness to work in-person at events, trade shows, and activations
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Experience with nonprofit or mission-driven campaigns a plus (but not required)
