Marketing Technology Manager

Managing marketing automation and data governance initiatives, the full-time Marketing Technology Manager will oversee campaign operations, maintain CRM data integrity, and support analytics reporting in a virtual environment. Key responsibilities Enable and manage campaigns across marketing automation platforms, ensuring lead lifecycle workflows and campaign quality Maintain CRM data integrity and oversee data hygiene, deduplication, and system integrations Support dashboards and reporting for marketing performance, ensuring clean data inputs for analytics and AI workflows Required qualifications 5-8 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Martech, Data Governance, or Digital Marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Marketo and Salesforce Strong understanding of campaign execution, lead lifecycle management, and marketing workflows Familiarity with web analytics and CMS platforms like Webflow Experience with SQL and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
