Job Responsibilities:As this company continues to grow, these additional hands will play a critical role in supporting day-to-day IT operations at the local site. Ideally, this Level 2 technician will provide a well-rounded range of technical assistance across the facility.This role will involve a mix of phone-based and deskside support, including troubleshooting for desktops, printers, and conference room technology. Candidates should be comfortable working in a dynamic environment and able to resolve a wide variety of hardware and software issues. Strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and a proactive approach to IT support are essential. Requirements:· 3+ years of IT Support: Experience resolving hardware, software, and network issues in a professional environment.· ServiceNow: Proficient in using ServiceNow for ticketing, troubleshooting, and documentation.· Customer Service: Strong communication skills with a user-focused, solution-driven approach.· Office 365: Working knowledge of Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive support.
