<h4>Contract Workday LMS Configuration Specialist</h4>Contract | Remote (India) | 25–30 hrs/week | IST with US Eastern overlap Short-term Engagement (Approx. 2 Months)Infopro Learning is seeking a hands-on Workday LMS Configuration Specialist to support a global enterprise client engagement focused on redesigning and implementing a scalable, role-based learning experience within Workday Learning.This is a configuration and architecture-focused consulting role, not a traditional LMS administration position. The ideal consultant will have strong backend Workday Learning configuration experience and the ability to translate business and learning requirements into scalable LMS solutions.<h4>About the Engagement</h4>The client’s current Workday Learning environment includes a complex network of manually managed learning paths. The objective is to simplify and modernize the experience by enabling learners to self-select their role and automatically receive the appropriate learning assignments and content pathways.The engagement includes:<ul><li>Discovery and planning of the future-state architecture</li><li>Workday Learning configuration and implementation</li><li>Testing, validation, and client handover</li></ul><h4>What You’ll Do</h4><ul><li>Audit the existing Workday Learning configuration, learning paths, and assignment structures</li><li>Partner with client stakeholders to map role-based learning requirements</li><li>Design scalable learning assignment and routing logic within Workday Learning</li><li>Configure campaigns, learning assignments, audience segmentation, and conditional logic</li><li>Support SCORM/AICC content integration within the updated structure</li><li>Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and quality validation prior to deployment</li><li>Document configuration and support client handover activities</li><li>Coordinate with the client’s internal Workday and L&D teams throughout the engagement</li></ul> <h4>What You Bring</h4><ul><li>Strong hands-on Workday Learning configuration and architecture experience</li><li>Experience designing role-based or audience-segmented learning experiences within Workday</li><li>Familiarity with Workday Learning campaigns, business process frameworks, and assignment logic</li><li>Experience integrating SCORM/AICC learning content within Workday Learning</li><li>Ability to translate L&D requirements into scalable LMS configurations</li><li>Strong consulting and stakeholder communication skills</li><li>Comfortable working independently within a T&M consulting engagement structure</li></ul><h4>Why Infopro Learning</h4><ul><li>Opportunity to support a large global enterprise Workday Learning transformation initiative</li><li>High-impact, architecture-focused LMS engagement</li><li>Flexible remote contract opportunity within India</li><li>Collaborative engagement with global stakeholders and enterprise learning teams</li></ul>If you enjoy solving LMS architecture challenges and building scalable Workday Learning solutions, we’d love to hear from you.
