Claims Adjuster
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Claims Adjuster will facilitate service events for customers, accurately process claims, and assist with necessary documentation to resolve losses. Key responsibilities Provide inbound customer support by answering calls promptly and courteously Verify contract information and accurately enter new claims into the system based on client-specific terms Review documentation supporting claims and issue coverage denials or schedule servicers as needed Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Knowledge of insurance and warranty policies, underwriting, and claim procedures; Adjuster's License preferred Experience with office communication systems, including phones and email Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
